Read Pair Settings in Read Pair (Arc) Mode

Hi guys,

I have noticed that the "Don't adjust ymax for arcs largest than" variable gets reset in all tracks if you change it in one.  This is a problem if you have one large jump and one small jump track.  

Also there are Illumina jumping protocols were the correct orientation of the reads is what you call Everted.  If would be great to select that as the correct orientation so that the colors match tracks of other libraries
