Savant 2 published in Nucleic Acids Research!

The Savant 2 paper, which describes some of the key features in the
latest version of the browser, was recently published in the Nucleic
Acids Research 2012 Web Services issue. You can access the paper here:

I downloaded Savant-2.0.3-Setup.exe for Windows and double-clicked on
it, but get a Fatal Error: couldn't open "C/Documents and
Setting/.../Savant-2.0.3-Setup.exe": no such file or directory. However,
the directory indictates 9.1 MB. I am using Windows7 64-bit.
