Savant (external control)

Savant looks beautiful and quick! Great efforts.

I am building a GUI (Qt-based) to process VCF files and for visualization tasks I communicate with IGV using sockets. 

How would I do similar thing with Savant (load a file and goto a position from an external program) ?

I tried to find the "Remote Commander" plugin to see if it answers this need but I can't find it anywhere?
