Soft clip bases visualisation on Savant

I would like to visualize the soft clipped bases of reads on the genome browser.

Maybe I missed this in the manual, but is there an option to activate?

Hi Jonathan,

That's not something Savant currently supports. It would be easy
enough to add if there's demand for it.
