Filtering by score

Hi,

I use Savant Browser to visualize features on my favorite browser (none human)

I have genomic intervals and a score for each intervals
I put my features in a GFF file.
(maybe I can use other format if one is better)

My question is : can y apply a filter on this score to deplay only positive result ?
for example "features with score > 40"

If Savant browser can do this, it will be great because rewritting a GFF file every time I want change my threshold will be ... hell
