Plan for our all-day singing!

Please plan to join us on Saturday, October 9th, from 10am-3pm at
Faith Primitive Baptist Church, 3212 Bee Road, Savannah. Lunch will be
provided by the church and the cost of the lunch (BBQ Pork or Chicken,
greens beans, potato salad, iced tea) will be $7.00. So, there will
be no covered dish supper needed.

Other news!

We had a great, yet challenging, singing this past Saturday. We began
a reading session at 1pm with nine folks attending and others joined
throughout. For the regular singing at 2pm there were 30+. We had
about ten visitors. The rain was torrential and the power went out on
us about half-way through, so we were forced to sing from memory
during the last portion. We could have stopped, but no one really
wanted to quit.

There is a singing in Barnwell, SC at Holy Apostles Episcopal Church
this coming Saturday from 1pm 4pm.

Judy Gautier has invited all who can attend to come to her house on
Brady Street for a singing on Thursday, September 23 at 7pm. Let me
know if you can attend so I tell Judy.

Tom Ivey reminded everyone of the September 25 singing in Charleston
from 2-4pm at Circular Congregational Church.
