The authors rightly point out, "Existing management theories are not tested against any principle of management", only by testing their application in real-life situations. Fundamentals of Management therefore contains a well developed model that can be successfully used by managers to develop their own ideas and approach to problem solving through a process of self-discovery.

chapters include Fundamentals of Management, Causes and Effects of Market Fluctuations and Price Changes, Fundamental Analysis and Measurement, Indications and Evaluations, Principles of Management, Audience Identification and Problem Solving, Time Management, Risk Management, and Principles of Programming and Execution. Part two consists of chapters dealing with problems facing consumers and suppliers, organizational leadership, financial markets, marketing and management, patents and copyrights, taxes, and commercial finance. A strong legal background is shown by the inclusion of chapters on contract law, securities laws, corporate law, and criminal law. Fundamentals of Management rightly emphasizes that the ability to make valuable insights is vital, and that managers must develop the skill to analyze and interpret data in order to ensure that decisions based on solid scientific foundations are made in the most efficient manner possible.

The book's two main chapter themes are principle, real estate investment and principle portfolio management. chapters include Real Estate Investment Principles, Fundamentals of Principal Portfolio Management, Principal Portfolio Analysis, and Fundamentals of Principle Real Estate. There are many other topics that appear throughout the text, and the detailed index at the end provides links to further research related to the topics of the chapters.
