So now we were playing and drinking and squeezing the ladies and shouting with laughter as the big, brightly colored Indian wheels of the juggernaut rolled with its arms and legs and big staring eyes. It shrugged, like an elephant in heat, with a beautiful burden of people who got louder and louder as we wheeled toward the sky.
So Arnie was up there, swinging his trombone, and I was there with my flute, and we were waking neighbors all along the way. You could see the lights going on in the houses on both sides as we rumbled past, and people stared out at this great big Indian elephant rolling by long after midnight.
Then, by God, a screeching of those big, giant, painted, multilegged, mascara-eyed wheels. The connection to the trucks came loose, and the juggernaut, in the middle of our housewarming, started to wheel back downhill.
So, with screaming and yelling, we sailed back through the middle of the night streets, past all the dark houses, waking people along the way, playing Khachaturian even louder, all the way to the sea, and out along the pier, and then to the end of the pier and off, and into the night tide.
Wonderful! I have been an avid Ray Bradbury fan since I was 10 yrs old. I am now 58 yrs old. When I was around 16 yrs old I wrote to him. I asked for advice on budding writers. He sent me a typewritten response. Added to this, he wrote in his own handwriting some encouraging advice to me. Wonderful, wonderful writer. Wonderful human being!

The broadcast, which saw a surge of more than 2 million female viewers, unquestionably owes its record numbers to Swift, whose attendance yet again generated a frenzy of buzz that effectively overshadowed the game itself.
That unparalleled draw is no mystery to the media giants paying massive sums for multi-year broadcast carriage rights. But as the pay-TV landscape continues to fracture, high-priced sports rights are an increasingly scarce way to assemble a huge audience. And as the landscape continues to rapidly shift from linear to streaming, rights holders are facing a major dilemma: pay up to air the games and collect the advertiser pot at the end of the rainbow, or watch competitors (and Swift) celebrate big nights like Sunday.
Interest in the show declined, leading to its cancellation by the end of the season. Hasselhoff, knowing that the show was coming to an end, attempted to make a "series finale" and helped conceive the story "The Scent of Roses" with his wife at the time, Catherine Hickland, who played Michael's love interest Stephanie Mason in past episodes. The network instead aired "Voodoo Knight" as the final episode.
A new street-smart mechanic, played by Peter Parros, was added to the cast in addition to Bonnie. Of all KITT's features added in the fourth season, the most important of them is "Super Pursuit Mode". KITT could also convert into an open convertible. Both cars were designed and built by customizer George Barris.
This season also marks the final appearance of Bonnie Barstow, RC3, and the Knight Industries Two Thousand in its original form. KITT's final appearance in the Knight Rider franchise was in the 1991 made-for-TV movie Knight Rider 2000.
Michael goes to Chicago on an assignment to guard a valuable isotope. Elsewhere, Wilton Knight's daughter unexpectedly suspends FLAG's operations and Michael and KITT find themselves out of a job. Meanwhile, an international terrorist kidnaps Devon Miles and replaces him with a surgically altered impostor as a plot to get his hands on the isotope. Devon's changed behavior alerts Michael's suspicions and he disobeys orders to "take a vacation" until he finds out what is going on. Clues lead to a warehouse, where KITT's molecular bonded armor is unknowingly neutralized by a chemical sprayer on a nearby street, and he and Michael are attacked by an armored vehicle KITT cannot defend against. Devon strangely writes-off KITT as a total loss, and when he answers a question Michael asks about Moby Dick wrong, Michael is even more doubtful that it is truly Devon. Seeing as KITT was nearly destroyed in the armored car attack, Bonnie cannot repair him without Devon Miles' assistance or FLAG's facilities. She and Michael enlist the help of "The Street Avenger" a friendly street vigilante named Reginald Cornelius the 3rd, or RC3, whose gang of friends take KITT to their garage to rebuild him. KITT is reborn with some new gadgets, including a rocket-fast "super pursuit" mode. Michael must now race to save the real Devon and prevent the theft of the isotope.
A plane that Bonnie is traveling on is hijacked by a group of men led by an ex-intelligence agent (Ron O'Neal) who demands money and the release of "political" prisoners. Michael and KITT manage to track them to a military bunker that was designed to keep high-ranking officials safe in the event of terror attacks, and is surrounded by mines and other automated security systems and assumed to be impossible to break into. The hijackers also activate a "doomsday device" time bomb within the bunker. KITT gets Michael past the site's defenses, and Michael gets the key to stop the bomb, with just seconds to spare.
Michael and KITT investigate the grounds of a movie studio where unexplained accidents on the sets are thought to be the work of a legendary stage phantom. The special effects person is fired after a special effect puts an actor in the hospital. When he is investigated by Michael, he finds evidence that someone is sabotaging the stunts for the movie. After another accident nearly costs an actor's life, Michael tells everyone that he will check everything before any scene is done. He talks to the director and volunteers to be a stunt double in hopes to catch the legendary stage phantom. He also calls in RC3 to help him out; Michael also finds out that a man named Galvin gains more money if the picture is not finished; because he borrows money from unfriendly men, he is now in serious debt to them. The saboteur kills Galvin because Michael is getting too close. The saboteur turns out to be the director's assistant.
Strength. This was the only suitable quality known for a boy throughout his entire life. When he was young, he despised all other kids of his age. They had such luxury, such privilege that the boy never had. While they were all gathered around to talk about the latest toys that their parents had given them, the child watched in the distance, the only thing that his parents had given him was no dinner for a week when they found out that he had failed the latest test. A neglectful childhood led the boy to find a new home, a training camp for soldiers. The boy was addicted.
Every night for ten years, he would sneak in and train all through the night. This had shown him real happiness, something he had never before experienced. Eventually, the Godfather heard the news of a man who had bent steel bars and smashed cement like it was glass. He was impressed and he needed somebody to deal with that pesky Sheriff who kept bothering him every night. He arranged to meet this "Juggernaut" in person. The Godfather promised ample compensation for the Juggernaut's specific set of "skills".
It was at that moment a Vigilante had kicked down the door and raised his gun to the new partners in crime."I knew it!" the Vigilante exclaimed, staring at the plans that the Godfather had carelessly left strewn on the table. The Godfather simply grinned, assuming his new muscle would take care of this threat. But all that the Juggernaut felt when he saw the gun in his face was an immeasurable rage.
The next day, the Town mourned the loss of the former town hero, who had his own gun stabbed through his torso when he tried to fight against the Mafia head on. As the crime scene was investigated more, however, the sadness quickly turned to blind confusion. As they found, lying under his desk, the leader of the Mafia, his arms torn clean from his body. Hello there :) It's been a very long while since I did any character builds. The ones I did were before the game was even released to pass the time. Now that I've played the game, I can start making builds that aren't pathetic. I might actually remake my Frostfire Mage...
If you've ever seen anything I've done or said in this group, you'll know that I loathe the so called "power play" builds. I personally find no enjoyment out of having everything planned out to maximize my character's effectiveness and eventually ending up in Daedric armor like everyone else. I like the conceptual builds more. That's just who I am, and that's the kind of build I'm going to make. Don't expect this build to be a mathematical nightmare of statistics or clever exploitation of a certain perk (Yes, I'm looking at you, Narmis :P). It's just a concept, you will have a lot of freedom if you choose to play with this "build".
