Contacting the ADU Working Group

From the 3/19 meeting minutes (available on the Internet and attached to this email) The Housing Element Committee members and staff that are on the ADU Working Group are:

Working Group: 
Chair Joan Cox, 
Vice Chair Ray Withy

Staff: 
Community Development Director Jeremy Graves, 
Associate Planner Lilly Schinsing

In a later meeting, Kim Stoddard was also on the ADU Working Group.

It took quite a while to find even this much on the City's web site and it isn't complete. There was no contact information for Joan Cox, Ray Withy or Kim Stoddard that I could find and Kim is not noted anywhere that she is on the ADU Working Group but she voted in the meetings that I attended. There are also no approved minutes for any of the meetings other than the 3/19 meeting that I can find nor can I find any audio recordings of any meetings posted However, the meetings are being recorded.

In addition, you can call and/or email City Staff and City Council Members to discuss the current proposal. Any letters submitted as public comment should be sent to all of the following email addresses prior to the June 12 meeting.
