Hi Kerry,
I have a Google Group set up for discussion and information dissemination regarding the Sausalito Housing Element and related topics. I'll send you an invite in case you are interested. It is intended to do the same thing you are doing but in a possibly more automated way. As you have been doing, the group is set up currently to prevent email addresses from being shared.
