Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead (CMDB and Integrations Experience is Mandatory)
Duration: 6-12+ Months of Contract with possible extension
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite from Day 1)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, ACLs & governance
- Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes and ServiceNow mapping
- Hands-on experience with:
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs
- Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
- Flow Designer & Workflow Design
- Service Catalog & Integrations
- Experience with ITOM / HRSD/FSM/ CSM (preferred)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Update Sets & Application Lifecycle Management
