I just renamed the 'py.saunter' project as 'saunter' in pypi. I really
don't think a 'py.saunter' and 'saunter' install will behave in the same
python installation but also allows people to start to try it. I also
cleaned up all the providers (and added mysql and couchdb ones).
Tomorrow is the Sauce Labs integration...
