py.saunter 0.61 released

Apparently I wasn't 'watching' the project per github, but am now 'in
theory' I'll actually be notified of problems.

Bug fixing releases as soon as bugs are fixed, and then the next
'feature' release will be 2 - 3 weeks and will be the yaml-fication of
the configs. Which will be a pain, but both clean up a lot of internals
and enable a few other features.
