py.saunter and yaml

I just pushed up to the repo some changes which will cause saunter run
off of yaml config files. The [current] yaml structure is listed at
https://github.com/Element-34/py.saunter/wiki/YAML-Configuration -- and
subject to change. I'm hoping to have the Saunter 2.0.0* out at the end
of the month. If anyone is feeling brave and wants to convert their
projects over in advance, I can make .egg's available.

* I'm renaming Py.Saunter to just Saunter. SaunterPHP when it gets
yaml-ized will be renamed to Mosey. Having the platform variants named
the same wasn't as awesome idea as I thought originally...
