One of my clients currently holds a Jira server perpetual license (v8.1.5) and has no immediate plans to transition to the cloud. Our objective is to integrate a Test management tool to monitor testing activities for a project which is for only six months. Could someone verify if TestRail is compatible with the server perpetual license (v8.1.5)? Additionally, are there any alternative tools available that allow us to restrict user access for Test management purposes, thus helping to mitigate costs? Any insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
