Only a person like yourself with extensive experience being senior IPS Officer could identify and address this urgent need of the country and especially of big cities.

Hope this mail will find you in good mood, as always. I want to share  my Dream Project, which is being 

launched from JAIPUR soon. I wish to share  and Seek help and Guidance . 

Do you know the biggest terrorist or killer for that matter in India ...? Yes well thought it is " Road "

In 2013 some 1, 35,000 and in 2014 some 1, 44, 000 persons got killed

in Road accidents in India. Rough Calculation says China since  2006 has decreased

Road Accidents deaths 1,20,000 to some 65,000 and India has gone 1,20,000 in 2006

to 1,44,000 ......If we include Deaths from Natural Calamities, Terror Attacks, Naxal 

affected, HIV and other communicable diseases  putting together will not cross 2000 in  the same year..  

But the media,  as well the government don't seem to be sensitive about it. 

Bhai Sahab , I am starting  " C A R S " [COMMUNITY  ACTION  FOR  ROAD  SAFETY].

Alike thinking people are giving full support, Ex  DG Rajasthan Police, Ex Justice Rajasthan 

High Court, Ex Principal Medical College , Addl Chief Secretary and Retd Chief Engineer PWD are Patrons, 

Now to take off , I wanted to get help to take off, My five Honorary Members [Friends] , Will 

support in launching , and they are five [Contributing Rs 1 Lac Each] and Actually they will

be the Core group , President , Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer , They will be having 

Voting Rights only , Associate members can be on any number [By meager Rs 5000/- Membership

Fee and Rs 1000/- Annual Fee. ] I am getting support from All over and hope we will work on it. 

Our Society will work on SIX fronts , one by one. 

1. START FROM JAIPUR CITY , DISTRICT AND THEN STATE :-

NO ADVs [Animal Driven Vehicles] / Tractor Trolleys , Tractors will left  be without proper Reflectors / 

Illuminating Strips on the Road. This service will be provided by CARS free of Charge , organizing camps 

even in villages and start from Entry points of Jaipur city on rotation. 

Wish to Achieve this in one year . Rotary and Lions Clubs have agreed to support our cause as well .

2. Train, Retrain and Sensitize the potential Drivers to be safe on the road. Training courses Seminars

Classes, Lectures, workshops will  be organised to achieve this, starting from Jaipur and then to other 

towns/ cities in the state in first step. I will my self monitor this. 

I have experience of driving around the globe [some 40 + countries] also I was driving examiner with 

the United Nations during my tenure with UN. We propose not to charge the trainees and will be 

supported by CARS. About Seat Belt, Helmet , Not Using Mobile While Driving, Mind the Pedestrian.

Zebra Crossing, Stop line .  , Priority Raod, Lane Driving etc. 

3. To convene meeting of All Government and Private Hospitals , Trauma Centers , Medical Centers 

to sensitize  them about treating  the road accident  injured without asking any question and asking for

 payment . , although PM of India has requested them to treat without payment , but if they want payment 

CARS will contribute towards ant actual expenditure. It will be ongoing procedure of having meeting with this 

group. 

4.  To help the Police [Traffic ] by imparting training and sensitize the Traffic Policemen on duty to provide

help to the injured and don't waste a minute ans evacuating the injured to the nearest trauma centers / Medical

Center ASAP [Diamond ten minutes to save life of Head Injury affected persons- not Golden One hour Any More.]

With the Proactive Help of Traffic and District Police. 

5. To Locate and Help the Affected families, who have lost their head of family,Husband,  Lost son , Daughter

etc to console them, help them , take their cases , help in Insurance settling etc, 

I know the Task is difficult but one has to start. 

You might have question ; Why telling you, not you Sir , I am writing to all my friend and well wisher 

to Help and guide me in this HAVAN, If feel alike. One of my friend from Washington DC hasn't come 

to India for last 16 years and you know why -  " I don't want to die"
