Just wanted to give people latest update of my story so that people can be more aware and cautious and don't do mistakes I did:
After i was charged high maintenance and Interest of around 5 lac on me. I fought them and they finally offered last offer of interest of 15k on me. I got greedy to get possession soon as MY flat is A210 and did the mistake of paying all dues. But this was the beginning of issues.
I paid my dues in Feb 2st week and yet they are just delaying to give NOC to me.
I also got to know that KDP has falsely mentioned a claws in possession letter, where you can use any service in KDP though builder only means e.g any person has TATA SKY and he want to transfer it to KDP while shifting to his flat, HE CAN"T, believe me he cant even going legal cause the if builder has tie up with reliance digital, you have no other option then to buy Reliance to watch TV inside KDP.
I got scared so I asked them a copy of all clauses of registry and Possession etc so that i can go through them to see if any deadly clause before signing it. As it is time taking process to read and understand all of them, so i asked my father to review all of them. Her is what the scary output came out which i didn't know. I am only mentioning few example clauses are as follows out of the reviewed one:
1. The KDP issue with any service to be taken through builder is also mentioned in our Ascent builder clauses.
2. They are saying in parking clauses that we will not be owner of our parking space and just will be the usage person of it. Builder can anytime build something on it and shift our parking to other place. They actually built 2 extra shops in common area already.
3. You\flat owner are not eligible to ask for detailed or any info on maintenance expenditures later and builder will not provide any.
I wanted to write more scary clauses but i am only writing which i remember now as my father is already gone to bed.
My Father has already told me to mail builder all this issue and if required go to legal in group with other flat owner so that it makes large effect on builder.
Please come forward to this, else everybody will suffer. I think gather as much flat owner in satya ville as you can and provide this information to them.
