high interest

Please help me too , i also have got a letter recently from them charging high interest and and other amenities as discussed by others. I do not know what to do.

HI,

I did the mistake of paying interest but for my relative flat in tower A at 7th floor, i told him not to do the same mistake as i observed they are charging heavy interest on everybody so that after negotiating and getting humiliated people will ask no question further on high maintenance as his her interest is lowered by builder. they are taking Psychological advantage.

I suggested my relative to mail them in written that prove if any written demand was not paid on time, if yes then will be ready to pay interest or else not and will not proceed futher if it is not waived completely.

It worked and they waived all heavy interest chanrged to 0.

You can request them as we you have sign the deed where you have mention you will be the delay payment @ 18%. I want to suggest you to ask them to attached map of the building with registry and access (exit and entrance to flat/building) to road as they might be blocked your entrance and exit in future due to any dispute.
