Dear Friends,

I am interested in buying a 3 BHK 1199 Sqft in Savy Ville De (FNA: Satya Ville De). I have got a rate of 2850 psf + car parking+GAC etc. but excluding PLC. Pls advice if the project is good from an investment POV.
