Job Description

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of IT experience

3+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM solutions/components

Expertise in ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB
-
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical teams and senior leadership
-
Awareness of GRC/IRM industry trends
Preferred Qualifications
-
Working knowledge of GCP
-
Prior experience in systems analysis/programming

Experience with JavaScript utilities development & execution

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential

Conceptual architecture knowledge
-
5+ years in Agile Frameworks, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
-
Knowledge of Machine Learning or Generative AI (preferred, not mandatory)
