Started a new job, company is looking for more Ruby/Java developers

Just started my new job. This is a well funded ( by parent company )
startup. Great folks to work with. We need at least 2 more
developers.

What we'd like to see:

Can wear lots of hats
Familiarity with SVN
Familiarity with Ruby, Rails, various Java technologies, or a
willingness to learn.
Familiarity with writing/maintaining build systems.
Knowledge of QA a bonus
Knowledge of Adobe Flex a bonus.

Currently, we are located out in Woodinville WA, but we are planning
to move to the Pioneer Square area shortly.

In the meantime, Woodinville isn't all that bad. The office always
seems to have snacks, and there are almost a dozen restaurants within
walking distance. Oh, and a good hobby game store.

We need people asap. Our interview process is short & sweet. If the
phone screen goes well, you will have a onsite interview with our
group, and if things go well, you will be working within a week.
