Satscape Will Not Run

A few weeks ago, I posted that I had an error in running a new download of the satscape program. I am receiving an error: Java Virtual Machine Error, A Java Exception Has Occurred.
I download the latest version of satscape on to a box that does not have any older versions of satscape. The box is running Windows 7 32-bit. The versions of Java are Java Version 7, update 6. I tried running the satscape.jar through the command line. I am attaching a screenshot of the error:
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get satscape to work?
