Satscape can't find libraries

On the latest version of satscape win64 I downloaded I got an error.log with library errors (mostly database lib).  I had to rename  the Satscape_lib directory in the zipfile to lib to match the manifest and then everything worked.

windows 7 x64
Java 6u35 x64
