DAYLIGHT SAVINGS PROBS

Hello Scott,,,

October 7th, 2012, Australia (normally UTC+10 hrs), but daylight
savings starts, so clocks forward 1 hour.

HOWEVER..

I've reset the windows time for daylight savings time in Australia.. 1
hour forward..... Satscape says it's correct in it's window... HOWEVER
the predictions are out by 1 hour ( they are early or still at the
normal Aust East std time).

Hope it's just me... anyone else have this problem.
