I will not be at the call tonight.

 For parking, Vijaybhai and Nirajbhai along with Hemantbhai will lead the parking related plans. Vijaybhai and Nirajbhai can answer details of the plan but few things we have discussed are: 

1. Inform all about the plans - through social media, sabha announcements etc.

2. If bus is expected, plan to have it come to Hotel to drop off / pick up - and temporarily open gates for that purpose only. 

3. Prepare QR code for parking directions for both parking lots.

4. Contact key volunteers and make sure their availability. 

5. Get commitments for Vans and drivers for shuttles to parking lots.

1. consider dress code suggestions for satsangis

2. Discuss plans for sitting arrangements - chairs vs sitting, male / female

3. Should vyaspith be moved in front of stage/Hanuman murti and use that space for guest santo?
