Jayguru All,

Hope you all are doing well with His blessings.

I had a word with Prashant Bhai this evening and got some exciting updates. Let's catch up tomorrow 9:30 PM IST for quick updates and action plans to full fill Babai Da's wish.

Agenda:
     Android application for Ishtavity form
     Updates about leftover items, prioritizing them and action plans

If someone could set up a Google Hangout event for this time that will be great. If not possible please share the email ids I will set up one.

Dear Manoj Bhai,

Joyguru,

Happy to see your mail. I have some network issue in this week at  home. You all can plan it.
However, we have a deadlock to progress further. We need to have corporate PAN/TAN details to make the payment gateway transaction goes smooth. We are not getting this now from Deoghar. Hence any alternate solution will be good to make progress.

We have already developed web module for Istrabhrity earlier. Payment integration is pending. Once the above solution we have, I guess Android solution also can be achieved quickly. 

Please let us know your thought.

I agree with Kaushik Bhai, we need TAN details of the organisation for any payment. Further, if we tie-up with these 3rd companies than they would take a commission on each transaction and Istravriti payer has to take the burden. Further, we are talking of huge amount here, many crores and so naturally legal complications would be there. Do we have any Income tax/Finance or legal person as Gurubhai who can guide us?

Good point.

Now a days in market many legal advisors are available to support entering in to this type of service. Let us explore on this. I hope Abhijeet Praharaj bhai can give some clue on this. He is a Chartered Accountant and he will be happy to help on this.

thanks for your advice. we can think over on the legal tussle afterwards. First we need show the basic transaction happening from web portal or android mobile to rev Babai Da/Binki Da as part of Istabhrity payment. Once they approve, we can think for bigger scale.
We are getting stuck in making the simple transaction as real time due to the basic legal PAN/TAN requirement.

Please advice your thought to overcome it. May be Praharaj bhai can also help in this. Please share if you have his number.

When we were testing integrating with PayUMoney, I used my ICICI account for a transaciton. I think we can do something similar, i.e. use a private account for money transfer for demo.

If we can do so, it will be a real break through. Can you please try that once more and confirm. We can quickly integrate this feature in web version of our istabhrity module and can have android version too.

Please let us know for any support/communication require with third party vendor.

Jayguru Rajani Bhai,

We will definitely make it happen by July conference. The goal is very much achievable. We have the basic version of application already working and all that we need to do is integrate that with payment gateway. No of use cases for this release is is also very few. However we all have to think the best ever possible. With that said it should be best from architecture, design, testing and implementation perspective. We have a great team too to make it happen.

We will keep meeting as it is possible by all of us.

I think , it would be better to maintain the documentation properly in each stage(this may be asked by Pujaniya Babai Dada) .  Also it would be better , if any of us can prepare the test script to do the testing to document the test results.

Does it sound well or this is not required for us?

Documentation is very important. Following documentations must be there. Please add if anything missing

1. Environment set up documentation 
       Development environment such as IDE, Source control, deployment to Server. A step by step guide.
       Coding standard and best practices.
       Payment Integration guide etc
2. Test cases and scripts
3. Application Usage guide
4. Knowledge Transition process

We will have to regroup very often to think from future need perspective to make it high standard and best ever possible to please Babai Da. We will have to start thinking about best possible architecture, design etc.  we will keep upgrading our software accordingly. Apart from just application requirement we will have to start thinking about Infrastructure architecture, security architecture, data architecture, application architecture, integration architecture etc. Just started seeing this in action:). 

@Ashis Bhai, hope you are doing great. Once development and initial integration testing is over you could start documentation to minimize duplicate efforts. This will be mostly during end of UAT.  As the no of use cases are very less for this release it will not take much time. Please find draft version of the plan in my previous email.
