I forgot about the team composition!

 Each hostel has to nominate a team of 6 people before the start of the event with a minimum of 1 fresher.For the prelims stage, a cap of at max two matches applies to all players for a team.Each prelim would have a team of 3.

For the finals again a team of 3 would sit; but this time around the hostel is free to chose the members and the limit on the upper cap on the matches does not apply in the finals.

As for the rules:

• The written play-offs would be happening in three slots.During each slot five matches would be happening simultaneously.
• The schedule for the pool matches.
  
  
  
• The quiz would be a written quiz to be solved in a limited time (with negatives)
• Two teams from each pool would qualify for the finals
• PD would be the person who would coordinate the event on the campus.
• In case of a draw, the team with more right answers would be declared the winner.
• The finals are being conducted by Kunal & Bhatta; the format of which I have left to them.They may or may not implement pounce depending on their comfort level with it.
