My Sato, Maggie (formerly Christina) who I've had for almost 6 years absolutely hates the rain and isn't too fond of the wind. Who can blame them, they spent who knows how long out on the streets.

Here's a picture of my little Magpie

Subject: [Sato Group] Hello From Dave and Samba

My job with PrintPlanet went away in 2007. My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2009. I became a full time carer.

Samba is Dot's dog. Bonded to her with velcro. She is always half way between the two of us or sleeping near Dot.

You can attach pictures to posts or if you use the web there is a little image icon that will insert the picture into the body of message.

While I'm sitting next to Dot I do my blogging etc.

Hello from Tony!  Sorry to hear about your wife.  I'm sure she takes great comfort with Simba.

Question:  are all Sato's afraid of the wind and dislike going out in the rain.  Tony shivers when he can hear the wind and runs downstairs.

Also, I have to pull him out in the rain.

Just wondering.

Thanks

Samba gets put out in the yard rain or no rain. She'll wander around and then  come in soaking wet. However she will notlet us near with towel.  so we have a wet dog  for awhile.

She is still head phobic (can't suddenly reach out to touch)  and still runs from her shadow while eating.

This winter the snow was three and four feet deep in the yard. While there was a ice crust she would walk on top of the snow. When it started to thaw she's break through into the snow and not be able to reach the ground, hard work getting back to the house.
