Faster chats and updates on the leaderboard

[SaTML 2024 LLMs CTF Announcements]

Dear LLMs CTF participants,

We made some improvements to the website: 

• Since today, creating chats (and the interface) are much faster. We optimized some database queries.
  
• The attack and defense leaderboard are now unified. The defense leaderboard is sorted by value, then by the first tiebreaker (the sum of attacker scores). It is not sorted by the final tiebreaker (secret guess timestamp); in case this seems relevant, we'll hack around it.
• The leaderboard is no longer refreshing automatically. It still might take more than a few seconds for score updates to appear.
