Scoring rules up and system prompt update

Hi all,

We hope you're having fun while coming up with great defenses!

We updated the rules on the competition website with the following changes:

• We added a draft of the scoring system for the attack phase.
• We clarified the full system prompt that we feed into both GPT-3.5 and Llama2. This system prompt has always been in place in the API and in the interface. Only the rules document was not up-to-date.

We are happy to answer questions and give clarifications about the updates on the issue tracker on GitHub.
