Iwas encouraged to update the firmware on my 16GB Clip Sport Plus. I wish I had not. I upgraded to the 2.23B version and now the display is too high. I can barely read the menu name and cannot see the battery indicator at all. Please issue a new update to take care of this. I did sent a message to your support team, but only got a request to fill out a survey in return. Someone else on this forum has the same issue.

This seems wrong, as the version that shipped was 1.01B202. Is it possible that SanDisk is shipping Sport Clip Pluses with a later version of software than is available for download and installation by users?

Despite what the representative wrote, the version at SanDisk 32GB Clip Sport Plus Firmware 1.01 and Bluetooth B202 Download and Installation Instructions is version 1.01. Reinstalling this version corrects the screen problem.

But we also need other things as we have with the Vera hubs. Like Being offered a firmware update, being able to see what version you would be upgrading to. Being shown if you are already using the latest published firmware version etc etc.

There is no new sv06 plus firmware yet, if there was it would be here Firmware Download Sovol3d

Unless you have been messing with some 3rd party firmware you should not need to flash a new printer.

I printed the test bench fine when I first received my SV06 plus but since then, every print I attempt has the same problem. Around layer 4, the Z axis stops raising and the nozzle gets dragged through the previous print layer. Any ideas yet?

I am trying to see if I can do a latest Marlin update, if someone has already done so it works with the display let me know. The original source code is already on git, but I can see they merged a few update after the marlin based they used so I need to figure out whats default marlin and whats been coded by sovol.

Modifications and Bug Fixes:

1. Added support for IPTV bridge mode and custom mode.

2. Added IPv6 firewall rules feature.

3. Added Mesh Technology option.

4. Displayed which client is connected to which deco and which Wi-Fi band.

5. Displayed how Decos are connected to each other.

6. Supported up to 64 entries each for Address Reservation and Port Forwarding.

7. Improved the system stability and fixed some bugs.

Notes:

1. Please update your Deco App to the latest version in order to use new features.

2. If there are other Deco models in your Deco network, you may miss some new features till other models release updates in the near future.

As mentioned in this below post, this 1.4.0 version firmware for the Deco M9 Plus can ONLY by updated via the Upgrade Tool and will not be pushed via the Deco app, so it is suggested to upgrade it by following the instructions attached in the firmware download file:

Thanks for your requesting. The 1.2.11 is the latest firmware for the Deco M9 plus; the reason why you cannot get the update is that the 1.2.11 is the original firmware of the new batch Deco M9 plus V2, which means the Deco M9 plus with 1.2.10 or below firmware won't be able to get the updates via Deco app.

Besides, these new features will be added via the firmware upgrading, the engineers are working on it, but the estimated supporting time is still unsure. It is very recommended to keep an eye on the official website or Deco app to get the new info.

I used to have a m5 mesh network but added 3 m9 plus v2 stations and changed one of those to become the main unit. All 6 are in access point mode. The software version of the m9 plus is the same as mentioned above. If I now try to login to the web UI on the m9 plus main unit I get the following error:

@Kevin_Z I got the manual update instructions from support and that includes using a upgrade_GDPR.exe tool that support was unable to find for me (they say it shall be part of the firmware zip file, but it is not). So I was stuck on finding that tool.

But now you are refering to a webgui instead for firmware update. I have tried to just enter the IP of my deco units in a webbroswer but it just says no response. So please provide more information on how to access the web gui (I can not even find a webserver in the units). Please note that I'm using AP mode it that has any effect....

A bit strange that you sell these v2 hardware units that are unable to automatic update, why dont you add this information to the firmware page or provide more breif instructions on how to manual update them? I was expecting my DECO to be continously updated when you release new firmare to keep up with possible security patches. Not that it is just silently not updating without any error or notification.

1 Please fix the automatic update (I am actually working with firmware update in my own profesion and the answer why this is not working makes no sense. Normally it is very rare compability issues that prevents updates)

Sorry to respond late; I confirmed again that the Deco M9 plus V2 does not support web UI yet, that is why you failed to access the web UI. While we are working on these new features now. Sorry for my mistake.

And we do have the upgrade tool to do that manually; but if you want to get the new features by upgrading the firmware, I'm afraid that it won't satisfy your needs cause there is no new features added on 1.2.11 yet; it is just the original firmware of Deco M9 plus v2 for some specific areas. No big difference between 1.2.10 and 1.2.11.

Good morning even I can not update the firmware, I download the latest release 2.1.3 on the key supplied with the printer, but it does not keep me going. It tells me that I have the latest version available: 1.1.1

please help me

Your Matrox Maevex product may ship with an older firmware version. Before using your Maevex product, you must update the firmware version installed on your devices to use the version of your deployed release. All Maevex devices on a Maevex network must use the same version of the firmware package. Your firmware package version must also match the package version of your PowerStream Plus software.Depending on the model of your new Maevex device, you may need to move up to a minimum level of Maevex PowerStream Plus Software and Firmware package - please see below for details. Note that the firmware revision will not be the same for the Maevex 5100 devices, 6100 devices and 7100 devices and this is supported as long as they are from the same firmware installation package.Contact Matrox Technical Support for more details.

I'm trying to provision my brand new ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus via Intelligent Provisioning. As i'm supposed to do, according to the note in the box, i've tried to update the firmware, any firmware. It all fails to download.

I'm not sure if this is the correct link. It redirects me to resources regarding the MicroServer Gen10, which is an AMD Opteron machine that's twice as tall as my Intel-based Gen10 Plus. Are you sure this is what i should look at?

Hey @Deemo i'm kinda glad that i'm not the only one with this issue. This tells me, that my/our networking infrastructure/settings are at least similar. OR HPE is still struggling with their scheduled maintenance.

Updating the Intelligent Provisioning (IP) itself did not make things better. In fact the IP seems to be gone now. It doesn't boot up anymore, when i press F10. "Fixing" an issue by removing the defective component would've been the least desirable option.

SUP 2.0 is a major update for the cforce plus motor. It dramatically improves the time it takes for the motor to respond to inputs from the user, making the lens motors twice as responsive. A Tech Talk about this update is available on our Youtube channel here.
