We are currently hiring a Lead Java Developer in Austin, Texas 78728. This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to $150K. No Visa sponsorship or transfer.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sr. Architect or Technical Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver leadership and knowledge in the design and architecture of complex enterprise products
• Manage product architect team
• Assist continuous collaboration with architects whom are geographically distributed
• Assist with the implementation of numerous product strategies
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Architect or Technical Lead
• Security and compliance application experience
• Experience with the architect and design of large commercial enterprise applications
• Windows, Unix, and Linux experience
• C/C++, C#, Java and other programming language experience
• Big Data, Hadoop, and NoSQL experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
