ที่ระยองเห็นมีเปิดหลายคันเหมือนกัน มันมีจริงๆ ระวังให้ดีนะครับ
ข้อ ๓ ให้เพิ่มความต่อไปนี้เป็น (๓ ทวิ) ของข้อ ๑๓ แห่งกฎกระทรวงฉบับที่ ๒ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒)
ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติจราจรทางบก พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒
"(๓ ทวิ) ในกรณีที่รถมีโคมไฟเพื่อใช้ตัดหมอก
จะเปิดไฟหรือใช้แสงสว่างได้เฉพาะในทางที่จะขับรถผ่านมีหมอก ควัน หรือฝุ่นละออง
จนเป็นอุปสรรคอันอาจเกิดอันตรายในขณะขับรถ
และเมื่อไม่มีรถอยู่ด้านหน้าหรือสวนมาในระยะของแสงไฟ"
