Final Project viva voce will be held on 16.03.2012.
(University Logo is attached for project report)
All students are requested to complete their project report and get
signed from internal guide and HOD on 12.03.2012.
Department library books must be returned on 12.03.2012.
No dues form should be submitted to the counselor on the day of
examination. Students will not be allowed for examination without No
dues certificate.
Students are asked to prepare two hard copies of project report (one
copy with executive bond sheets) and three softcopies in
CD.(library,guide and department)
(Binding can be done in University also)
In soft copy, project report, final powerpoint presentation of project
work, working programs/codes used for the project and instructions for
running the code should be included.
Students should return their ID cards after finishing viva voce to councelor.
All students should be present by 8.00 am with formal dress code.
