Dear friends and well wishers,
With many of your great support and involvement, Manavata Reading ( UK charity registered :
1120315) is successfully conducting regular weekly Yoga sessions for kids and adults which is motivating and encouraging many of us to practice holistic life style with practice of simple Yogasanas, Breathing exercises, Meditation
and following Healthy diet which helps us towards self transformation. This year we have new classes ( Vedic Maths, Carnatic music and Instrumental )added.
The Inspiration and response from this has led us to initiate Manavata Acadamy of Human Excellence (MAHE) in three more centres including Earley,
Amersham and Dartford.
We now have dedicated volunteers and few outsourced teachers to provide a practical holistic development for kids which includes Krida/Kids yoga,
Value Based Education , Languages , Chess, Carnatic (Vocal )and Instrumental (Guitar and Keyboard ) classes covering overall development (Physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual) of a child.
CHILDHOOD OF EVERY HUMAN IS THE FOUNDATION STONE UPON WHICH STANDS THE WHOLE LIFE STRUCTURE.
The Seed sown in childhood blossoms into the tree of life. The education which is imparted
in Childhood is more important than the education which is received in colleges and Universities.

Autumn term batch of MAHE starts on Sunday 24th Sep 2017
Venue - RISC , 35
- 39 London Street, Reading RG1 4PS
Time - Every term time Sunday between 1pm to 6pm
Musical instruments (guitar, keyboard) : 1-2 pm
Languages( HIndi, Telugu , Tamil ) :2-3 pm
value based education : 3-4 pm
Yoga for kids and adults : 4-5 pm
Carnatic music : 4-4.45 pm
Chess : 5-6 pm

Please note that there will be variations in cost for different classes, as few of them are run by volunteers free of charge ( we only expect
minimal contribution to share room hiring charges, books, materials and activities for kids )and few are outsourced teachers facilitated on parents' request and interest.All remaining proceeds goes to manavata charity projects.
We have limited places for autumn sessions. Please register asap to secure a place or get involved in any way. All details are available in uk.manavata.org under
Reading courses and all timings and other details are listed under MAHE Centres. Timings might vary slightly depending on number of registrations. Registered students will get update on further class information.
