Well abt ur virus prob. U need nt to worry. Sashir ji is right. U juz
check if u find same type mails wd atachments then delete thats it.

Dhan Dhan Satguru Tera hi Asra....
Myself is Kamal Pahuja and i am very new to this Chat Group. I am a delhi based multimedia person.
Bahut acha lag raha hai ki itne dino ke baad mujhe kisi guru ke bande se baat karne ka awsar mil raha hai........
waise bout this Virus problem, my point of view is anybody who receives these kinda mails, just Mark them as spam or Report them as spam, so that once the mail service provider like Gmail, Yahoo or any other comes to know abt your preferences, it will automatically delivers the mail as spam.
Also as a precaution deleting these kinda mails is always a good idea
