Just wanted to send an update to get everyone up to speed regarding the upcoming Turtle Beach Drive + Fundraiser.
10% of purchases with the attached flyer will be donated to A3M.

Please arrive to set up at 10:30am. Dana (pronounced day-nuh) will be expecting you. Also, please bring a table, chairs, and canopy as you will be setting up in the parking lot in front of the store. You will take up two parking spaces--closer to the street. Please use your A-board and make it visible for the cars driving past to increase our visibility. Please bring your own drive supplies. Not too sure when Team Krissy will be coming out (for sure, they will be there on Sunday 12/6), but I will make a flyer with Krissy's picture in it. You are welcome to use them--just ask me for the original (otherwise, I'll give you--Ted and Niranjan--my extra flyers).
Jackie--Pleae bring the camping table (at my cube) and a canopy to use. The table is light and compact! You can leave these at the store for me to use the following day and I'll bring them back to the office on Monday for the others to use.
On Sunday, when I am in the area, I will visit nearby stores and shops to ask if I can drop of flyers and put up posters. I've sent out emails to Team Krissy, Project Michelle, and Team Matthew regarding these events.
There is a nearby Albertsons so if you have volunteers, please send them to flyer over there. The Turtle Beach store itself is sort of secluded. If you can, please send them off with flyers, forms, and swabs (drive-in-a-bag) so that they don't have to walk back to our table.
10% of purchases WITH the flyer is donated to us. Since we are circulating the flyers electronically, there may be people showing up without a printed flyer. Please give these people a flyer before they purchase their items. Also, since 10% is not much, please use your new donation boxes and ask for direct donations as well.
As for the recruitment numbers split, currently the 4 drives are Multi. Since we are each staffing one day, we will each receive 20%. I will take the remaining 20% for complete pre-drive correspondence and publicity.
