New v1.05 image for Raspberry Pi 2

Here is a new version of the image for the Raspberry Pi 2 that I tested in-class when teaching MUS7745 this past spring and also for a summer camp:

Edgar,

Getting the following error on my mac when I try to mount the image to my SD card.

dd: SatelliteCCRMA_Rpi_v1.05.dd: No such file or directory

I've got the file uncompressed on my desktop.  I verified the MD5 check sums match.

Any idea how to fix this?
