Australian satellite communications innovation amongst worlds best

The Australian Ambassador to the United States, The Hon Kim Beazley hosted an evening to promote the achievements of Australian satellite communications companies, not only in Australia but worldwide. Mr Beazley recognised the advantages of Australian teleports and innovative satellites - “Traditionally, the Americas, Europe, Asia and Russia have been renowned for innovation in space technology, but we are beginning to see a few Australian companies making waves in the industry.”
