Hi all,
We have just discovered that a bug has caused SATé to use 'centroid' tree decomposition, even if the user selects the 'longest' option. The bug is fixed in the public source-code repository ( https://github.com/sate-dev/sate-core ), but it will take us a little while to complete our full tests and post the corrected bundles to the website. The version 2.2.2 will be the first version with the fix.

You can still use the version 2.2.1 which is posted. Just be aware that it is the resulting tree and alignment reflect the run that you would get if you had select "centroid" as the edge decomposition.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and confusion that this issue has caused.

all the best,
Mark Holder

PS if you use git version control system to obtain SATé, the commit that fixes the issue is:
