Any Issues with Upgrading Django?

I am wondering if anyone has had any problems running newer versions of Django?  The Satchmo install documentation says to use Django version 1.3.1.  I assume that is because that was the latest version at the time of the Satchmo release.  I would like to upgrade Django 1.4.1 but don't want to have any hidden issues pop up.

You should be good with Django 1.4.X
