a Quick Order page

Hey guys, I've been tasked with another job I'm not sure on how to
start. I need a quick order page, like a page you can go to, it has 10
input boxes where you can put up to 10 different product numbers/SKU
numbers hit submit and it adds them to the cart. Is there anything
like this out there at the moment? And if not, can I get some pointers
on where to start?
