How to change the size of the 'Notes' field in 'OrderStatus'

Hi,

The notes field in OrderStatus currently has a max_length of 100 set up in satchmo/apps/satchmo_store/shop/models.py

What is the correct way to override this so that I can have say 500? (Without modifying the original satchmo source.)
