Installing satchmo without ssh access

Hello
Just like the subject says - how to get satchmo project going without
ssh access. I can upload all dependencies, but i cant 'easy install'
them. Will putting them (pycrypto, reportlab, trml2pdf, pyYaml) on
pythonpath be enough for satchmo. Rest of the dependencies are pil and
django pluggables/apps, so putting them on pythonpath should be enough
for satchmo, right?
Has anyone done something like that before?

Maybe you can try to easy_install with directory option, easy_install -
d /your_lib_path/ app_name.

How can i easy install if i have no other means of access than ftp?
