delete_all_dbs broken ?

Hello guys,

It seems that command delete_all_dbs is broken with django 1.1.1

To make it run I had to remove the line
settings._import_settings() in delete_all_dbs.py - line 16

It seems than settings are now actively loaded in Settings init() and
_import_settings is no longer defined.

Should I submit an issue on this case ?

Please do.  That command has been broken for a while. I've been trying to decide if it's really worth keeping around.
