Streamlining Google checkout

I see there was an unanswered posting about this from 2009. Wanted to
know if there has been any progress on this.

Out-of-the-box, the checkout process prompts for a users' shipping and
billing address. Google checkout should be able to provide this.

I am willing to bet someone has already done some work on this. If
they could share the code or give me some tips on how to accomplish it
myself, I'd appreciate it that greatly.

If I am missing something in the configuration that would streamline
the Google checkout process, please let me know.

Begun doing some research. It's proving to be more complex than I'd
hoped. Anyone have any insights or code they'd share?
