In the attachment the second paragraph begins, “सेझ हे औद्योगिक करण्याचे नवे मॉडेल (प्रारूप) चीन कडून घेतले असून या धोरणामुळेच देशात विकासाचे वारे वाहणार आहेत....” (The SEZ model adopted from China alone would ensure rapid industrial development...), which I think would reflect your intent accurately if following  is appended to it, “अशी हवा निर्माण केली आहे” (i.e. by prefixing it with : A sustained propaganda has been launched that.... ).

 

Also the third page of the attachment is garbled.

 

Please also inform what is the program arranged in Pune.
