WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Software Security Engineer in his/her area of expertise is responsible for analyzing the risk of proposed solutions and recommend solution options, configuration and mitigation controls. Security engineer develops and deploys security solutions to address business needs

 

YOU’LL GET THE CHANCE TO:

• Security architecture – security consultants build a company’s overall security structure across multiple platforms, so they should have the technical expertise to create architecture that’s appropriate for the company’s needs
• Endpoint security skills – these days data travels further than desktop computers, to cell phones, laptops, tablets, and more. Security consultants build solutions that address these multiple points of risk entry at a rapidly changing pace
• Computer coding – effective security consultants are well-versed in the many different programming languages
• Communication skills – security consultants communicate highly complicated and technical information to internal and external teams, so strong communications skills are required
• Technical expertise – security consultants’ work is highly technical. They must be analytical thinkers with the ability to discern risks and solutions in multilayered web systems
• AWS devops experience
• Perform Technology Risk Assessments for vendors, products, services or processes
• Identify control deficiencies and make appropriate recommendations
• Architect and design security control systems to address requirements.
• Participate in Security event analysis and incident response.
• Ensure that controls are operating effectively; resolve operating discrepancies.
• Provide expert guidance to Operations on the appropriate selection, design, implementation, and configuration of security controls. Provide enterprise guidance through support of Technology
• Policies and Standards augmentation with security requirements.
• Engage with Infrastructure and/or Architect Teams to assess the security risk of proposed projects and system/application modifications
• Collaborate with management, the legal department, Privacy Officer, Network, and applicable agencies to manage and remediate security vulnerabilities and incidents
• Conduct research to keep abreast of current security issues and best practices
• Participate to the Global design solution for Cloud base solution or interfaces.
• Document & validate the Gap Analysis & perform a HARC
• Validate/test the development objects.
• Provide timely corrective actions on all assigned defects and issues
• Conduct and/or participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, code and other artifacts.
• Ensure commitments are agreed, reviewed and met
• Contributes to development plan by providing task estimates
