Position: Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

 

Must have 10+ Years of experience

 

Job Description:

• Expert in create new/change rules in HFM rule file.
• Good understanding of Financial close processes.
• Support and development activities related to Hyperion suite of products which includes but not limited to Essbase, HFM, ODI, FDMEE, DRM, ARM and FCM.
• Execute month end close activities like Metadata deployments, lower environment refreshes etc.
• Support and build ETL data pipelines using ODI, FDMEE, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting etc;
• Work on enhancements that were assigned through Client issue management tool.
• Analyze and monitor system performance to ensure system is operating optimally and is available for user access, processing, and reporting.
• Create and maintain detailed SOPs for all the new/refined processes that will be built during the engagement as per Client guidelines.
• Support Application testing from infrastructure patches.
• Coordinate with the respective stakeholders and deliver optimum solutions.
• Analyze and resolve tickets, data and user issues tracked in the Client ticketing tool by adhering to the set SLAs.
• Consultant is also expected to pick on Client AWS tech stack based on the requirements around Hyperion.
• Create value add processes for reducing support tickets.
