Convocation pending - MA. Sanskrit

Respected Sir,

This is with reference to the Convocation which is pending for the MA . Sanskrit students of 2012 batch. We have completed our 2nd year exams in June 2014 and sent a DD for convocation in October 2014. This is to inform you that our Convocation for the same is pending till now, and we haven't received any information on the same. I request you to kindly take an action on this as early as possible, as many of us has an idea of doing M.Phil and P.Hd. In the upcoming academic year.

Dear Dr.Kannan,

Its nearly a year since we completed our exams and more than 6 months since the convocation fee has been paid. Inspite of multiple mails from Viji, there is no response on the convocation. Will we be ever getting our degree certificates? Why its taking so long?

Respected Sir,

Please refer below mail thread. We are a group of students who took up MA Sanskrit through distance education and underwent the course between 2012 to 2014. Though we faced lots of challenges during the course, in terms of no study material, no proper coordination or communication, no proper guidance etc, we sailed through and completed our exams in July 2014. 

The results were announced and we were asked to pay the fee for convocation last october, which we duly paid. We have been waiting for further communication regarding when we will get the degree certificates,  but there is no news. 

In the below thread, we are following up on the convocation since February, but there is no news on the same, not even an acknowledgement. 

Request your intervention to sort this out and provide us our degree certificates at the earliest.
